1988 German BOKER Pocket Knife 2442 R.M.S. TITANIC Scrimshaw Lockback MINT+BOXA limited edition knife by Boker, depicting the tragic voyage and sinking of the R.M.S. Titanic in 1912.
In Mint condition, it comes complete with its original presentation/storage box and paper.

Imitation ivory with carved Scrimshaw-like scenes, signed “Ritchie 88.” The front shows the Titanic afloat and steaming ahead, with the reverse showing the ship going down amid icebergs.

“2442” (of 3000) on the push lock
Blade Etch:
Frosted etch with “R.M.S. TITANIC” between stars and “LTD. 1988”.
Tang Stamps:
Tree mark with “BOKER SOLINGEN" on the front of the blade, “GERMANY STAINLESS” on the reverse.
Box:
Polished walnut with “R.M.S. TITANIC” inlaid in Brass on the lid. A flocked cardboard insert secures the knife inside.
Condition:
Knife is Mint. Never used, carried, or sharpened. No cracks or chips in the handles, no wobble or looseness in the blades. Blade snaps crisply on both open and close.
Box is Near Mint, with a few
small scuffs from storage but otherwise issue free.
