    . I have been collecting, buying, and selling CASE and other brands of vintage and modern pocket knives since 1973.

    KA-BAR tang stamp on the main clip blade.
    UNION CUT CO OLEAN NY USA marked on each small blade.
    This knife dates from the 1920’s to early 1940’s era.
    3-1/2” closed, three blade “Swell Center Whittler” pattern pocket knife.
    Similar to the CASE XX 5383 whittler pattern.
    Nickel silver pins and liners.
    Genuine stag handles.
    Handles are smoothed from pocket wear; the back handle has a chip under the center pin (see photos).
    Used, carried, and sharpened.
    Main saber ground clip blade has strong snap, no wobble. Full with patina.
    Small clip blade has no snap, worn with patina. Tight no wobble.
    Small pen blade has no snap, worn with patina. Tight no wobble.
    The knife shown in the photos is the exact knife that you will receive.
    All knives will be shipped promptly to you in a sturdy corrugated box.
