Presented is an antique early 20C pocket knife from Norway.
The case is made of 830 silver and it contains 2 steel blades from Solingen.
The case depicts a tundra scene which includes details like a Sami family, a reindeer sled, and a Laavu.
And then there’s the famous midnight sun visible in the background.
One of the coolest scenes I’ve seen on a pocket knife!
Marks
830S and a maker’s mark I can’t quite make out
Measurements
2 7/8” by 7/16”
Condition
The case shows some wear and tear from age and use, but no repairs, splits, etc.
The steel is dark and spotted in many places but could be restored.
The blades are complete, though the larger one’s tip is a bit wavy.
