This is a REPAIR SERVICE. You must send an item to us for repair. We will repair YOUR item when we receive it. This listing is for the rebuild of your 2003-2006

We use all
new
OEM Switec Juken X27.168 stepper motors and new light bulbs.
We can also program and change odometer mileage in many vehicles. Programming is not included with the "buy it now” price (please contact us after purchasing the listing).

1) Remove the dash trim, then remove the instrument cluster.
2) Properly package your item by taking it to a FedEX or UPS store, and ship the item to us (address provided after purchasing the listing). Please insure the package to 0. This is the about the going rate for a used cluster in the event yours is damaged in shipping.
How long it takes:
Disregard eBay's "Estimated Arrival Time" above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay's policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us.
Our turnaround time is generally 3-5 business days after receipt. Sometimes this is extended based on current repair volume.
As of 09/10/2020 the current repair queue time is 7-10 business days.
Warranty:
The needle movement (stepper motors) has a lifetime warranty on parts. The backlighting has a limited warranty (light bulbs won't last forever).
