Vintage Antique Folding Pocket Knife Frary & Son Patent 1882-1884 Slot Camp RARE

Description

This is a very rare Frary & Son Patented made pocket knife. It is an early camping-hunting knife/fork combination. It is stamped on the blade Frary & Son Patented (the part that should say Oct 24, 1882 is obscured). This is rare old knife features its original nickel silver covered brass handles. Most of the time when you encounter this pattern knife, the nickel has been warn off so they appear to as only brass. This features most of its original nickel covering over an embossed grouse and a stag. The knife and fork fit very well together, overall it measures 4 1/2". Both fork and knife have great snap and are tight.
