No date given, but the price of .00 should place it around 1965.  Great color on cover and thru out illustrations in book.   Approx 10 x 13.5 inches  Very unusual for "script" font to be used thru out book.  Wear to edges/corners with minimal creasing on top right cover corner.  Margaret Kickenny Oriole St is inscribed in ink on front cover near title.   No rips or tears noted. Please see photos.  Selling as is.
As with some paper/books this age there may be a musty odor but I did not note one; someone with allergies or a more sensitive nose may.
