This listing is for a year 2000 Special Factory Order (SFO) Schatt & Morgan " Spear " Pattern Pocket Knife with Antique Green worm groove jigged handles. This is one of 75 knives made in this SFO
pattern. To
tell you the truth, I have never seen one of these knives listed on a Schatt & Morgan factory pattern issue list. The box has two labels, the first label reads "#66 Spear Ant. Green" the second label on the opposite side reads "S&M Antique Grn Q9572AG" The knife looks like a smaller or shorter version of the Schatt & Morgan Doctors knife pattern, however the Spear pattern only has one blade.  The blade is a mirror polished stainless steel 2 5/8" Clip blade etched with "Schatt & Morgan 1 of 75". The tang is stamped "S&M Titusville, PA" on the front, and the reverse is stamped "Queen Cut Co. Titusville, PA 2000" The handles are made of worm grooved jigged antique green bone handles fitted with nickel silver bolsters, liners, and an inlay keystone shield. The pins are made of brass. This unique knife measures 3 1/4"
closed. The
mint condition Spear knife comes with the original box, and has not been used, carried, or sharpened.
